The College of Nursing at Al-Muthanna University organized a training course entitled How to Deal with Critical Health Cases : present in it M.M. Israa Saleh Madloul M.J. Raad Khudair Chiad In which the lecturers touched on, in a practical manner and an explanatory presentation, how to deal with critical situations that may occur to individuals in order to keep the patient alive until the patient’s assistant or ambulance arrives at the hospitals. These cases are: Choking in children under and over one year old and adults, Electrical contact, bleeding cases, High temperatures, burns, and how to distinguish between their degrees The course lasted for two days and concluded with an exam that the participants passed
