The Adult Nursing Branch organized a seminar entitled:
\nNurses prepare and core competencies toward disasters
\nThe teacher, Dr. Sabah Abdullah Jaafar, lectured
\nIn which he discussed the most important local and international studies that dealt with the concept of nurses\u2019 competencies in confronting disasters, especially since Iraq and the world had been exposed to the Corona pandemic as a global threat to health and safety. Jaafar touched on the most important levels of disasters that range from the most dangerous to the low level. He also touched on The importance of nurses having special competencies that enable them to be able to face challenges.
\nThe seminar concluded with the preparation of a study to evaluate the competencies of health personnel in Iraq.<\/p>\n
